  • Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner

The role of the customer service practitioner is to deliver high quality products and services to the customers of their organisation. Their core responsibility will be to provide a high-quality service to customers which will be delivered from the workplace, digitally, or through going out into the customer’s own locality. They will require to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and behaviours as well as product and or service when delivering to your customers. Customer interactions may cover a wide range of situations and can include; face-to-face, telephone, post, email, text and social media.

  • Level 2 Recruitment Resource

The role is to identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the business brief and provide resourcing support to the recruitment function. They may also be required to identify new business opportunities.

  • Level 3 Recruitment Consultant

The recruitment consultant’s role is to identify and secure job opportunities within client organisations. They attract candidates and successfully place them in those jobs in return for a fee. A recruitment consultant may focus on the supply of flexible workers, permanent placements or a combination of both.

  • Level 3 HR Support

Human Resource professionals work in any setting where there are employees and within small, medium and large organisations. They work as part of the HR function delivering  support to managers and employees. They will take ownership for providing advice to managers on a wide range of issues related to HR using company policy and current law, giving guidance that is compliant and where errors could expose the organisation to employment tribunals or legal risk.

  • Level 3 Business Administrator

Business administrators have a highly transferable set of knowledge, skills and behaviours that can be applied in all sectors. This includes small and large businesses alike; from the public sector, private sector and charitable sector. The role may involve working independently or as part of a team and will involve developing, implementing, maintaining and improving administrative services. Business administrators develop key skills and behaviours to support their own progression towards management responsibilities.

The responsibilities of the role are to support and engage with different parts of the organisation and interact with internal or external customers. With a focus on adding value, the role of business administrator contributes to the efficiency of an organisation, through support of functional areas, working across teams and resolving issues as requested. The flexibility and responsiveness required allows the apprentice to develop a wide range of skills.

  • Level 4 Junior Management Consultant

Management consultants provide business advice to public, private and not-for-profit organisations. This usually involves helping them solve a challenge of some kind, such as how to grow their business, how to make it more efficient or how to organise and structure itself in a different way. Some specialist consultancies have a particular focus – for example, how to write proposals for new work, or how to change an organisation or how to develop their workforce. Others are more generalist and you could work across several different types of project. Working on client site away from your office is a possibility, while hours are varied and often depend on the project.
